Whole spices- Methre, Mustard Seeds, Saunf, Dried Red Chili, Heeng, Garm Masala, Cumin Green Chily Mustard Oil Turmeric  Salt Fresh Amla Red Chili powder  Dhaniya Powder

INGREDIENTS

Boil Amla for 2-3 min on simmer in a large sauce pan.

While amla are oiling, take a lender and add all whole spices to it. Blend for a pulse or two.

You may grind them coarse.  In a heavy wok/kadai, add mustard oil and heat till transparent.

Dry and chop boiled amla. Make sure to dry them well.

Once oil is warm (not hot or else spice will burnt up), add spices.

Once oil is warm (not hot or else spice will burnt up), add spices. Add Amla pieces. Cook on slow flame for 2-3 min.

Amla Achar / pickle is ready. Serve it with Parathas!
