Step 1

Chop the florets and place them on a baking sheet topped with olive oil, salt and black pepper for about 10 min or till fork tender in oven or OTG at 150 deg C.

While veggies are baked, prep the cream cheese sauce by mixing grated mozzarella, cream cheese, salt and black pepper well.

Add the baked broccoli cauliflower florets to cheese sauce and mix well. Bake again at 190 deg C in OTG or oven for about 50-1o min or till cheese browns after melting.

Make sure to bake the casserole in a safe baking dish and let it sit for a while before serving.
