Tomatoes are essentially fruits eaten raw or cooked as a vegetable. Rich in Vitamin C and also packed with various type of vitamins B. , they are hydrating for the body as they have high water content and filling too as they contain fibre in good amount. Good for heart, skin and helps control blood sugar, tomatoes are a perfect choice for weight losers. There are various ways in which we can consume tomatoes like Raw as salad or use it to make diversified soups: Tomato Soup, Pomato Soup | Potato Tomato Soup, Cream of Tomato Soup and Tomato Ginger Garlic Soup. It is the most important ingredient for all gravy dishes in Indian Cuisine.

Our kitchen is incomplete without tomatoes. For healthy options, its best to have it in salad , but remember to wash the properly and have it fresh or else you would lose upon the Vit C. For the soups, you can use minimum or no amount of Ghee to boil tomatoes with your choice of vegetables and just blend them in a thick paste and add salt and black pepper. This is simplest way to have healthy snack/meal for weight loss.

I have tried different soups and would be adding few more recipes to my bundle.
